How This Works
Most people who call us have already tried to handle it themselves. The conversation that went sideways. The HR process that didn't actually fix anything. The situation that's been sitting there for months, getting heavier. You don't have to be in full crisis mode to reach out. Honestly, the earlier you do, the more we can do.
Everything starts with a free 30-minute call. No pitch, no pressure. You tell me what's going on, I ask a few questions, and I'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. If we're not, I'll tell you that too — and point you somewhere that is.
From there, it depends on what you need. Some disputes resolve in a single session. A Conflict Systems Audit™ takes a couple of weeks. A federal advisory engagement runs longer. Whatever it is, I'll tell you exactly what's involved, what it costs, and what you can realistically expect — before you commit to anything.
ADR isn't therapy. It's not legal advice. Nobody's going to tell you who's right. It's a structured process where a neutral helps both sides reach an agreement they actually made themselves. That's why it sticks. The mediator doesn't decide anything — you do.
Everything said in mediation stays confidential. No public record. No deposition transcript. What's said in the room stays there — which is exactly why people say things in mediation they'd never say in court.
Everything is available virtually. In-person sessions are available in Charleston, Columbia, and Charlotte. If you're a federal or national client, virtual is the default — and it works just as well.
