What Clients Say

Real Outcomes.
Real Organizations.

These are accounts from clients across sectors — federal agencies, nonprofits, contractors, and institutions. Names and identifying details are anonymized by request. The outcomes are real.

Federal Agency — EEO Division

Deputy Director, Human Capital

We had a complaint that had been sitting in informal resolution for eight months. Both parties had stopped talking. Bridge & Gavel came in, ran a structured mediation, and we had a signed agreement in two sessions. What stood out was that they didn't try to make everyone feel good — they kept the conversation focused on what actually needed to happen. The agreement held. That's what matters.

Outcome: Formal EEO complaint resolved in 2 sessions. Agreement held.

Government Contractor — Program Management

Vice President, Operations

We had a senior team that had fractured over a contract transition. Two leads weren't speaking. Deliverables were slipping. We brought in Bridge & Gavel for a conflict audit and a series of facilitated sessions. Within six weeks, the team was functional again. The audit report was blunt — it named the actual problems, not just the symptoms. That's what we needed.

Outcome: Team restored to full function within 6 weeks. Contract deliverables met.

Nonprofit — Community Services

Executive Director

Our board had a governance dispute that was threatening to split the organization. We needed someone who understood both the interpersonal dynamics and the institutional stakes. Bridge & Gavel ran a facilitated dialogue that gave everyone a structured way to say what needed to be said. We came out of it with a revised governance framework and a board that could work together again. I didn't think that was possible three months earlier.

Outcome: Board governance dispute resolved. Organization remained intact.

Federal Agency — Labor Relations

Labor Relations Specialist

The training we received on interest-based negotiation was the most practical I've attended in 15 years of federal service. It wasn't theory for theory's sake. Every concept was tied to a real scenario we actually face — union grievances, performance disputes, hostile work environment claims. My team left with tools they used the following week. That's rare.

Outcome: Training applied to active grievances within one week of completion.

Higher Education — Student Affairs

Dean of Students

We had a conflict between two student organizations that had escalated to the point where university leadership was involved. Bridge & Gavel ran a restorative dialogue process that gave both groups a way to address the underlying issues without it becoming a disciplinary matter. Both organizations are still active. The students who went through the process told me it was the most meaningful conversation they'd had at this institution. I believe them.

Outcome: Restorative dialogue completed. Both organizations remained active and engaged.

A Note on Confidentiality

Why We Don't Use Names

Confidentiality is not a legal formality in our practice — it is the condition that makes honest conversation possible. When clients know that what happens in a mediation room stays there, they say what actually needs to be said. That is when resolution becomes possible.

All testimonials on this page were shared voluntarily by clients following the conclusion of their engagement. Names, agency names, and identifying details have been removed or generalized at the client's request. Sector designations (Federal Agency, Government Contractor, Nonprofit) reflect the general type of organization, not the specific entity.
